We work with DHL/Deutsche Post, a trusted and reliable shipping provider, to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Value €50 or More:
Shipping is insured via DHL parcel service with a tracking number.
Order Value Between €20 and €50:
Shipping is uninsured via DHL small parcel without a tracking number.
Order Value Below €20:
Shipping is uninsured via Deutsche Post.
Shipping Times:
- Fitting sample: 5–7 working days
- Production (Made-to-order / Made-to-measure): 30–40 working days
- Delivery outside the EU: an additional approx. 14 working days
- We recommend ordering your dress at least 3 months before the wedding date to allow enough time for any alterations.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number so you can track your shipment on the DHL website.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
